Larry Ross

On the river, both hands were tabled and Larry Ross had called off his remaining stack of roughly 30,000 on the {j-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{6-Hearts} board.

Farber showed {9-Clubs}{7-Hearts} for a straight on the river and Ross didn't show as he got up from the table.

Big Pot for Filippi in Multi-Way Action

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante
Amnon Filippi

Multi ways to the {k-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop, Hung Phan bet 2,000 out of the small blind and Chris Sandrock raised to 6,000 from under the gun. Asi Moshe folded in the cutoff, Amnon Filippi called on the button and Phan came along.

The {q-Diamonds} fell on the turn and Phan checked once more. Sandrock now bet 21,000 and was called both ways as the trio headed to the {3-Clubs} river. "Ace-king," Filippi announced even though he was the last player to show and that allowed Phan and Sandrock to muck as they were then shown the {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds} by Filippi.

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

Billy Baxter raised preflop to 3,000 and found one caller to the {10-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{5-Spades} flop. Baxter led out for 5,000 and was called before the {q-Hearts} turn. Baxter bet again, this time for 10,000 and earned a fold to keep his stack building.

Papadopoulos Folds, Grafton Needles

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

With 9,000 in the middle on the {2-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{6-Clubs} turn, Pierre Calamusa bet 4,000 and Kyriakos Papadopoulos raised to 17,000.

Calamusa made the call and the river was the {5-Clubs}. Papadopoulos checked and Calamusa bet 17,000 to win the pot.

On the neighboring table, Sam Grafton called out to Papadopoulos.

"How rich are you now," asked Grafton? "You used to be a mid-stakes grinder, now you are getting a four-hour massage."

Mr. Quads

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante
Justin Lunin-Pack
Justin Lunin-Pack

On a flop of {k-Spades}{10-Clubs}{6-Spades}, a player jammed in the rest of his stack, and Justin Lunin-Pack called.

Opponent: {j-Spades}{10-Spades}
Justin Lunin-Pack: {6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}

Both players got a good piece of the flop, but it was Lunin-Pack ahead with the set against his at-risk opponent's pair and flush draw.

The {9-Spades} turn hit the felt to put his opponent ahead with a flush, but the {6-Diamonds} spiked the river to change the lead once again and give Lunin-Pack quads to knock out his opponent in spectacular fashion. Less than two hours prior, Lunin-Pack rivered quad deuces.

"Just call him Mr. Quads," one player at the table remarked.

Wallace Wins One Without Showdown

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

Yuri Dzivielevski raised to 1,000 from under the gun and was called by Chris Wallace and Allan Le out of the blinds. On the {j-Clubs}{4-Spades}{3-Diamonds} flop, Wallace and Le checked to the Brazilian, who made it 2,200 to go. Only Wallace called and the {6-Hearts} on the turn was checked. Wallace then bet the {q-Hearts} river for 7,000 and Dzivielevski tank-folded.
