Dumont Jams Into Darmani

Level 5 : 300/600, 600 ante
Nicolas Dumont
Nicolas Dumont

Nicolas Dumont raised to 1,500 and the cutoff then three-bet, which Antony Darmani in the big blind and Dumont called. The trio opted to check the {j-Spades}{8-Spades}{7-Hearts} flop and Darmani also checked the {3-Diamonds} turn. Dumont now bet 10,000 into 15,000 and Darmani was the only caller.

Both Frenchmen headed to the {6-Diamonds} river on which Darmani checked once more. Dumont then shoved for 74,900 total, which had Darmani covered by quite a margin. There was no call as Dumont raked in the pot without revealing his cards.

Bergin Reveals After Three Streets

Level 5 : 300/600, 600 ante
Brandon Bergin
Brandon Bergin

A player from early position called and in the cutoff, Brandon Bergin raised to 2,000 in the cutoff and got a call from the button and the early position caller.

The flop came down {a-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{k-Clubs} and action checked to Bergin who continued on the flop for 2,500. The button folded and the early position player called.

The turn came out the {7-Hearts} and action checked to Bergin who fired once more to the tune of 5,100 and the early position player called again.

The river came out a {10-Clubs} and action checked to Bergin once more who went all-in for 10,700. The opponent snap-folded and Bergin said "I never bluff," and turned over {q-Hearts}{8-Hearts} for the second nut flush as he raked in the pot.

Burns Takes Care of Waldbaum

Level 5 : 300/600, 600 ante

James Burns and Carla Waldbaum were heads-up on the turn with the board showing {10-Spades}{a-Hearts}{3-Spades}{7-Hearts}. Burns threw out a bet of 15,000 and Waldbaum called.

The river came the {j-Diamonds} and Burns bet 30,000, enough to put Waldbaum all in. Waldbaum called after a brief tank and Burns showed {3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}.

"A set of threes. I knew it before he even turned it up," a tablemate said.

Waldbaum turned over {a-Diamonds}{j-Spades} for a beaten two pair and took one last long look at the board before the so-called "hustler" who claimed she didn't know what she's doing was eliminated a few minutes before the end of the day.

Level 5 : 300/600, 600 ante

Simas Karaliunas was facing a bet from the cutoff and he popped it up to 4,800. The action folded back around to the original raiser who made the call.

Karaliunas continued for 5,500 after the {10-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{8-Hearts} came on the flop and was quickly called.

The {5-Clubs} followed on the turn and Karaliunas won the hand after his opponent folded to a bet of 15,500.

Lee Eliminated From Game

Level 5 : 300/600, 600 ante

Daniel Lee was on the button and had four-bet to 19,500. Daniel Blum was in the big blind and jammed all in. Lee had about 35,000 behind and had a big decision on his hands.

He stewed it over for quite a while before he called.

Daniel Lee: {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}
Daniel Blum: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}

Lee saw the bad news and was in trouble. The flop came {10-Hearts}{k-Spades}{5-Spades} to leave him drawing even thinner. The turn was the {9-Diamonds} and the river came the {10-Spades} and unlike Squid Game's Player 456 (as he was dressed up as at the table), Lee was not able to survive the game of poker.

Huge Pot Goes To De Armas at the Expense of Hunichen

Level 5 : 300/600, 600 ante
Conrad De Armas
Conrad De Armas

The {7-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} was on the board with about 18,000 in the pot when Chris Hunichen check-called a bet of 12,000 from Conrad De Armas.

The river peeled the {3-Clubs} and Hunichen checked again. De Armas quickly fired 75,000.

Hunichen went deep into the tank.

"Damn that was a big bet," said Hunichen. "I have a really good hand man."

Hunichen eventually tossed in a call and he saw the bad news as De Armas tabled {q-Hearts}{q-Spades} for a full house.

"You had a flush huh," asked tablemate Kyle Arora to Hunichen?

"Yea," said Hunichen.

With that pot, De Armas surges towards the top of the leaderboard as the night comes to a close.

Adams Takes Another Hit

Level 5 : 300/600, 600 ante
Brandon Adams
Brandon Adams

Brandon Adams and Mark Bansemer got their chips in the middle pre-flop, with Bansemer holding the shorter stack with 34,800.

Mark Bansemer: {q-Hearts}{q-Spades}
Brandon Adams: {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}

Adams was in good position to secure another knockout at the end of the night as the flop came {7-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}. But the turn brought the {q-Diamonds}, improving Bansemer to a set. The river came the {10-Spades} and Bansemer doubled up.

Adams, who took the chip lead with more than 250,000 earlier in the day, dropped down to below 100,000.
