Davide Suriano Eliminated in 9th Place ($44,785)

Level 32 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
Davide Suriano
Davide Suriano

David Miscikowski raised to 500,000 from the late position and Davide Suriano three-bet shoved from the button for what looked like 2,375,000. The blinds folded and Miscikowski snap-called.

Davide Suriano: {a-Spades}{9-Hearts}
David Miscikowski: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}

The board ran out {4-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{q-Spades}{2-Spades} for the flop to give Suriano a glimmer of hope but the queen on the turn left him drawing dead as he made his way out of the tournament area.

Flush over Flush for Miscikowski

Level 32 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
David Miscikowski
David Miscikowski

The board read {5-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} with around 2,000,000 in the middle already.

Stefan Lehner checked his big blind and David Miscikowski fired a bet of 1,100,000 out. Lehner thought about it and then called.

The river completed the board with the {2-Hearts} and they both checked. Lehner had to show first and tabled the {q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for the flush but Miscikowski held the {a-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for the higher flush and the pot and the bigger chip lead.

Foxen Wins First Pot of the Day

Level 31 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Alex Foxen
Alex Foxen

Alex Foxen raised to 425,000 from under the gun and the action folded to David Miscikowski in the big blind who made the call.

The flop came {3-Spades}{2-Spades}{10-Spades}, Miscikowski check-called the 275,000 continuation-bet of Foxen.

They both checked through the {5-Hearts} on the turn to the {8-Clubs} on the river. Miscikowski checked for the final time. Foxen took some time and fired a bet of 1,125,000 out to send Miscikowski into the tank.

A staredown commenced until Miscikowski showed a little smile and Foxen cracked too.

In the end, Miscikowski folded.

"Big fold?" Foxen asked.

"yeah..." Miscikowski replied.

"Good fold," Foxen said.
