- Folded on Fifth Street
Action was picked up on fifth street with Edwin Eng all in and at risk against multiple opponents.
Claude Marbleu bet, which folded out Jeff Madsen but David Bagheri called.
Bagheri then called bets on sixth and seventh street.
Eng rolled over his cards and he just had a pair of eights. Marbleu was the only player to have a low and guaranteed himself half of the spoils. Bagheri turned over two pair, queens and threes.
Bagheri having the better high hand ensured Eng's exit and the tournament was brought to just 27 players remaining.
The three table redraw is looming closer following the eliminations of Jose-Paz-Gutierrez and Angelo Mancini.
This is Paz-Gutierrez' second cash of the series, previously finishing 24th in Event #15: Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better Championship for $17,680.
This is also Bell's second cash of the 2022 WSOP, he notched an 18th place finish in Event #7: Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better for $8,281.
