Hank Yang Eliminated in 15th Place ($50,496)

Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Hank Yang
Hank Yang

Hank Yang raised to 240,000 and Tom Hu called out of the big blind to then bet the pot on the {q-Clubs}{8-Spades}{7-Hearts} flop for 600,000. Yang moved all-in for slightly more than that and Hu instantly called as they rolled over their hands.

Hank Yang: {a-Spades}{j-Spades}{10-Spades}{9-Clubs}
Tom Hu: {6-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{2-Clubs}

The {k-Spades} turn added even more outs for Yang but he missed them all when the {k-Diamonds} river paired the board. In somewhat of a disbelief, Yang stared at the board for a few seconds and snapped a picture before heading to the payout desk.

Lewis Doubles Through Le

Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Toby Lewis
Toby Lewis

Toby Lewis limped his small blind and was met with a raise to 240,000 from Allan Le.

Lewis called to see a flop of {8-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}, then checked. Le bet 500,000 and Lewis moved in for slightly more.

Toby Lewis: {j-Hearts}{j-Spades}{10-Clubs}{5-Hearts}
Allan Le: {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}

Le's bet ran square into Lewis' top set, with the {q-Spades}{k-Clubs} runout doing nothing to save Le, who now sits on one of the shortest stacks in the room.

Yang and Lewis Get Shorter Again

Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Toby Lewis raised the pot to 280,000 on the button and Tom Hu came along in the big blind. On the {a-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} flop, Hu splashed in several T-100,000 chips for a pot-.sized bet and Lewis folded.

A couple of hands later, Hank Yang made it 240,000 to go in the small blind and Joachim Haraldstad opted to call. The {10-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{6-Hearts} flop was checked to Haraldstad, who bet 250,000 and took it down right there.

Rawtani and Kallabat Chop; Duek Adds More

Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Nitesh Rawtani raised the pot to 280,000 and then jammed over the top of a pot-sized three-bet by Thair Kallabat, who instantly called.

Nitesh Rawtani: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{q-Spades}{7-Hearts}
Thair Kallabat: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}

The {10-Spades}{8-Spades}{7-Clubs} flop had both players with some outs to scoop but the {j-Hearts} turn and {5-Diamonds} river ensured the split.

Shortly after, a three-way turn of {k-Spades}{8-Spades}{8-Hearts}{6-Clubs} brought a bet worth 125,000 by Michael Duek in the small blind and Rawtani called in the big blind. The {2-Spades} river was checked and Duek flashed the {8-Clubs} to win the pot as Rawtani quickly grabbed all their cards and tossed em into the muck.

Sion Doubles Through Kashat

Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Elior Sion
Elior Sion

Elior Sion raised the size of the pot (280,000) from the cutoff and was called by Firas Kashat in the big blind.

On the {5-Hearts}{j-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop, Kashat bet the pot, which covered Sion's remaining stack of approximately 600,000.

Elior Sion: {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}{j-Hearts}{9-Spades}
Firas Kashat: {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{8-Clubs}

While neither player held a pair preflop, each player held top pair with top kicker with their ace-jacks. While the {10-Hearts}{q-Hearts} runout would give Kashat Broadway, Sion made a running flush to take the pot and double through Kashat.

Kallabat Takes From Urbanovich; Loses Some to Bettencourt

Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Thair Kallabat raised to 200,000 and was called by Dzmitry Urbanovich in the big blind. On the tail end of the duel, Kallabat bet the {a-Spades}{k-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{3-Spades} river when checked to and made it 500,000 to go. Urbanovich tank-called and mucked when he was shown the {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{4-Clubs} for kings full of treys.

Kallabat raised to 200,000 right after that and Jered Bettencourt defended his big blind next. The {10-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{4-Clubs} flop was checked and Bettencourt also checked the {3-Spades} turn. Kallabat made it 400,000 to go and Bettencourt jammed. Despite asking for an exact count, Kallabat didn't call the shove for 1,585,000 total.

Lewis Left Short by Haraldstad

Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Joachim Haraldstad called a bet by Toby Lewis for 200,000 on the {9-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{4-Spades} turn when the latter got active out of the small blind. The {10-Diamonds} fell on the river and Lewis now bet the minimum just before the blinds went up.

Haraldstad raised it up to 450,000 and Lewis eventually called for Haraldstad to table {10-Spades}{8-Clubs}{7-Spades}{7-Hearts} for the nuts.

Soon after that, the Norwegian raised to 200,000 and Tom Hu came along in the big blind. The duo checked the {5-Spades}{4-Hearts}{4-Clubs} flop and Hu bet the {5-Hearts} turn for 325,000, which Haraldstad called. On the {6-Diamonds} river, Hu bet another 570,000 and that took down the pot without any further resistance.

Urbanovich Brings the Backraise

Level 25 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

After Dzmitry Urbanovich limped under the gun, Elior Sion raised to 300,000 in middle position.

Action folded back to Urbanovich, who then re-raised to 900,000, leaving himself just over 400,000 behind.

Sion debated his decision for a bit, then chose to fold and cede the pot to Urbanovich's backraise.

Hank You Very Much for the Chop

Level 25 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Hank Yang
Hank Yang

Allan Le raised to 150,000 in the cutoff and Hank Yang gave it some thought in the big blind before calling. The {k-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{5-Spades} flop was checked to Le and he bet 100,000 to win the pot.

Tom Hu raised it up to 175,000 and Yang then three-bet the pot in the small blind. The four-bet by Hu followed and Yang instantly called all-in for around 1.2 million as the cards were rolled over.

Hank Yang: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{10-Spades}
Tom Hu: {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{2-Spades}

The board ran out {k-Clubs}{7-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} and they chopped it up with their aces.
