Spiwak Gets Aldridge to Lay One Down

Level 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

Ken Aldridge opened from early position to 1,500. Action folded around to Samuel Spiwak, the small blind, who put in a three-bet to 4,000, and Aldridge called.

On the {a-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{8-Hearts} flop, Spiwak continued for 3,000, earning another call. On the {q-Clubs} turn, Aldridge called a bet of 6,500 from Spiwak, leading to the {k-Diamonds} on the river. Spiwak fired for 5,500, and Aldridge quickly folded, telling Spiwak "Nice hand," as he did so.

All the chips went in the middle on a flop {10-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} with four players involved. Mohammad Arani was the shortest stack at risk with 16,600 chips, and Levin with a few chips more while Chris Back had the biggest stack.

Mohammad Arani: {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}
Alex Levin: {a-Spades}{q-Clubs}{j-Spades}{4-Clubs}
Third Player: {q-Spades}{j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}
Chris Back: {k-Spades}{q-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{9-Spades}

Six-Way Pot for Shurbaji

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

In a six-way limped pot, the flop read {5-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} and all the players checked. The turn was the {4-Clubs} and it got checked to Nick Yunis who bet 3,000. Sami Shurbaji called in the hijack and Shirin Oskooi called as well after Connord Drinan folded in the small blind.

The river fell the {8-Diamonds} and it got checked to Shurbaji who bet 7,200 and only Oskooi called. Shurbaji tabled {8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{2-Clubs} for a full house while Oskooi only showed {a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} for the flush before sending her cards into the muck.

Rheem Gets a Fold

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Action was joined with a bit over 7,000 in the pot and a board reading {2-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} on the table. The big blind fired for 5,400, before Chino Rheem, on the button, put in a bet big enough to put the big blind all in, sending him into the tank.

"I gotta start counting outs," he told the table.

"If you're counting outs that's a good thing," Rheem responded. Eventually, the big blind made the fold, saying that Rheem has to have the straight. Rheem turned over the {6-Spades} and {4-Diamonds} before mucking his hand and collecting the pot.

Negreanu Has All the Jacks

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

Three players helped build the pot to around 10,000 before the {j-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{k-Hearts} flop hit the table. The trio checked through, leading to the {5-Spades} on the turn. Daniel Negreanu fired 2,500 from late position. Both opponents quickly folded.

"I got all the jacks," Negreanu told the table, "all the jacks possible."
