Napierala had Lacy dominated and seemed poised to score a big double up, until the hit on the turn to improve Lacy to a full house. He would improve to quads on the river, more than enough to crack Napierala's aces, sending him out of the tournament.
After the hand, Lacy was eager to tell PokerNews about another hand that had happened shortly before. Two players got it all in preflop, with one holding

. The pocket tens improved to a full house on the 
flop, giving that player over 99% equity in the pot. The on the turn didn't change too much, but the river gave both players quads, with the ace kicker playing, and winning the pot for that player.
