Miscikowski Takes One Down

Preflop action had Axel Hallay in late position raising to 225,000 and receiving a call from David Miscikowski in the hijack and Dave Stefanski under the gun.

The flop came down and both Stefanski and Hallay checked to Miscikowski who bet 300,000. Stefanski called and Hally raised to 800,000. Miscikowski responded by shoving all in for 3,125,000 causing both Stefanski and Hally to fold and taking down the huge pot to chip back up to over five million.

Leandro Vlastaris was on a roll after just getting a double up of his 2,175,000 stack in the previous hand against David Miscikowski. Vlastaris called with top pair on the flop when Miscikowski pushed all in with a nut flush draw that didn't hit.

Going for two in a row, Vlastaris raised on his button to 250,000 and Dave Stefanski shoved all in from the small blind for 2,920,000. Vlastaris snap called and the cards were on their backs.

The board came down and the pair of fives Stefanski ended up with was no match for Vlastaris' pocket tens and he was sent to the rail in fifteenth place. Vlastaris' stack went from just over two million to eight million in these two hands.
