Eveslage-Hennigan Cooler Plays Out Like a Mizrachi Divorce

Level 14
John Hennigan
John Hennigan

Big O

Three-quarters of a massive pot went in the direction of John Hennigan after a cooler against heads-up opponent Chad Eveslage.

On a board of 23954, Hennigan held AA876 for the nut straight and a low as Eveslage showed J10876 to chop the high and lose the rest.

"That hand was like a lot of my divorces: I got quartered," joked Robert Mizrachi.

"You both had big hands," commented Mike Gorodinsky.

Dirksen Chips Up; Valeo and Henson Survive

Level 14

Badeucey

Ben Yu raised and Dustin Dirksen three-bet, Matthew Valeo called from one seat over on the button as Yu also came along. They all discarded two on the first draw and Yu checked, Dirksen bet and Valeo raised. Yu tank-folded and Dirksen called. Both discarded one and Dirksen check-called a bet.

On the final draw, Dirksen took one while Valeo patted and Dirksen then bet. Valeo sighed visibly and reluctantly called. Dirksen tabled the 3 / 8642 and then added he already had the made eight-eight to catch a deuce eventually.

Valeo was left short and doubled through Ray Henson with a 7 / 6532 when Henson's 632 draw hit the 46 on the final draw.

Last but not least, Henson doubled through Ari Engel when a patted 3 / 7542 as of the second draw was good.
