Chambers Smacks the Flop

Level 3

Pot-Limit Omaha

Michael Estes, in the cutoff, bet 1,200 on a flop of 446 before the player on the button potted to 7,600. Walter Chambers called in early position and Estes folded.

The turn came the 5 and the button potted again to 22,000. Chambers now moved all and the button called off his last few chips.

The all-in player had KK43 for trip fours and a straight flush draw, while Chambers showed 66A3 for a flopped full house. The river came the 5 and Chambers held on to eliminate his opponent.

"I had a straight flush draw, trips, and an overpair, and I was almost drawing dead," the defeated opponent said before heading for the exit.
