Campos' Collection of Kings Crushes Aces

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

After a preflop betting war, Charles Campos and his opponent got all the chips into the middle, with Campos covering.

Opponent: AA
Charles Campos: AK

Campos needed a lot of help from the board to win this one, and well he sure got it as the flop came out KJK to immediately give him the lead with trip kings. And to really seal the deal, the K smacked down on the turn to eliminate any chance of his opponent winning the hand.

To add insult to injury, the A came on the river, but it was too little too late as it was no match for Campos' quad kings and he was eliminated.

Khmyrov Goes on Roller Coaster Ride

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Daniil Khmyrov experienced a series of emotions in one single hand.

Khmyrov raised 1,500 in early position, and then saw a player two seats from him flat. A player in the small blind, though, three-bet all in. Khmyrov had the all in covered and called, which prompted the other player to fold.

With heads-up action in play, the cards were tabled.

Opponent: 77
Daniil Khymyrov: 1010

Khymyrov appeared pleased to see he was ahead but let out an audible gasp in disgust when the dealer fanned 723 on the flop, giving his opponent a set.

Khymyrov’s mood improved to a large smile and a slight fist pump when 10 appeared on the turn, giving him a bigger set. Khymrov still had to dodge the last seven in the deck, and he took the hand when 9 arrived on the river.

Clark Rivers Set to Eliminate Player

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

The middle position player bet 1,400 and was called by Neil Blumenfield in the cutoff, and Nakia Clark on the button. The big blind raised to 6,000.

The initial raiser folded as did Blumenfield, but Clark went into deep thought for nearly a minute before moving all in. The big blind called to be at risk for 43,000.

Big Blind: AQ
Nakia Clark: 66

Clark was ahead with pocket sixes and the flop of J95 was safe, however the big blind spiked the A to take the lead. But there were groans by the table come the river as Clark hit the 6 to make a set to eliminate the big blind.

The big blind stood up and took a photo to show their friends. The 2015 November Niner Blumenfield quipped "Tell them you got it in on the turn and had a bad beat!"

Brennan Doubles Up After Dodging Opponent's Multiple Outs

Level 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

PokerNews walked up to a brewing situation at a table, as Craig Brennan was all in and his opponent was contemplating a call on a board of AK6.

Brennan’s opponent asked for a count, and the dealer let him know Brennan had 34,000 behind. The opponent, who had Brennan covered, then made the call and the cards were tabled.

Craig Brennan: 66
Opponent: QJ

Brennan had bottom set, but he ran into a monster drawing hand. His opponent was on a straight flush draw, a flush draw and had additional outs for any 10x to give him a straight.

That’s a lot to dodge, but Brennan was safe after 3 hit the turn and A arrived on the river to give him a full house.

Morin All-in Sends Him Soarin'

Level 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

There was 22,000 in the middle on the completed board of 8862Q and Robert Morin moved all in for 21,000 from the big blind.

The cutoff was not happy with the situation and went into the tank. They grabbed some calling chips and theatrically extended their arm in the air and paused, then slammed the chips over the betting line to call.

Morin turned over K8 for flopped trip-eights and the disgusted big blind threw their cards in the muck.

Bhaloo Blast Works Out

Level 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Timothy Sullivan bet 1,800 from middle position and was called by the button and Arif Bhaloo in the big blind.

The flop of 965 saw Sullivan continue for 2,100. The button called but Bhaloo ripped it in for 40,500.

Sullivan appeared to be in a state of shock and took around 90 seconds to find a fold. The button also threw their cards into the muck and Bhaloo dragged in the pot.

Ostby Victorious With Set Over Set

Level 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

With 10,500 in the middle at the turn and the board reading K743, the under-the-gun player bet 6,000 which was raised by Matt Ostby in the big blind to 26,500.

The under-the-gun player was undeterred by the raise and went all in for 42,400. Ostby snap-called.

Under The Gun: 77
Matt Ostby: KK

A huge cooler for the under-the-gun player as their set was lower than Ostby's. Both players improved to a boat on the 3 river, but Ostby dragged in all the chips.
