Eveslage Wins Three-Bet Pot

Level 1
Chad Eveslage
Chad Eveslage

Limit 2-7 Triple Draw

Action folded to Chad Eveslage in middle position who opened to 5,000. Felipe Ramos then three-bet the button. Eveslage made the call and drew two. Ramos also drew two.

Eveslage then led 2,500 and Ramos called. They both drew one.

Eveslage led again for 5,000 and Ramos called. Eveslage stood pat and Ramos drew one. Eveslage then bet another 5,000 on the river and Ramos must've not gotten there as he mucked quickly. Chad dragged the pot and got some much needed chips after being down early.

Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo

Elior Sion: 84/5323/Q
Dan Cates: XxXx/AJ10J/Xx
Wil Wilkinson: XxXx/4AJ9/Xx

Picking action up on sixth street, Dan Cates and Wil Wilkinson checked to Elior Sion who bet with his low board and got calls from both opponents.

On seventh, the action repeated with Sion betting again and only Cates calling.

Sion showed a flush and an eight-low to scoop the pot, putting another dent int the terminator's armor, to which Cates said in character after the hand, "Your destruction is imminent. It is inevitable."

A better two didn't come and Elezra quickly check-folded as Ivey bet again after the second draw.

"Threat Detected": Defending Champion Wounded Early

Pot-Limit Omaha

Two-time defending champion Dan "Jungleman" Cates took an early hit in a Pot-Limit Omaha hand against Scott Seiver on a board of 2893.

Seiver had already committed 28,000 on the turn and faced a raise from Cates to 115,000 who sat still behind his Terminator sunglasses. Eventually, Seiver announced all in before pushing out his starting stack and casually conversing with Josh Arieh.

"It's 100 big blinds," shrugged Seiver as Cates sat still before eventually sliding his cards into the muck.

"Damage," Cates said in a monotone voice. "Threat detected. New target acquired."

"Are you the threat? You did this to yourself," replied Seiver.

Cates won't get the chance to terminate his newly acquired target as he was moved to a new table shortly after the hand.
