Hellmuth check-called a bet from Johnson on fourth street, then chose to lead fifth street on the A. The betting lead reversed once again on sixth street with Hellmuth check-calling a bet from Johnson and Seventh went check-check.

Hellmuth showed down pocket tens but would be behind the two pair of Johnson.

In the next hand, action picked up with Hellmuth putting out a bet on seventh street against Daniel Alaei and Alaei coming in with the raise. Hellmuth would deliberate for some time before making the call.

After Chris Klodnicki brought in with a deuce, new addition to the table John Monnette called, and then Daniel Alaei completed. Marco Johnson then made it two bets to go, then surprisingly Klodnicki made it three from his bring-in. Monnette folded but Alaei and Johnson called.

The remaining three players then checked fourth and fifth streets, but on sixth with a pair of jacks up, Johnson bet and got a pair of folds from his opponents to take the pot.

Paul Volpe was all-in as of fourth street with a short stack and three players remained in action. Phil Ivey was the aggressor when he bet fifth and sixth street, by which Jeremy Ausmus was also all-in as well. Freddy Deeb called the full bets of Ivey to open up a second side pot before the two active players then checked down seventh street.

Deeb flashed the 1063 for queens and treys while Ausmus flashed K54 for a pair of fives and missed flush draw. Ivey had the JJ2 for aces and jacks to beat Deeb for the larger side pot and knock out Ausmus.

Volpe then revealed his Q109 as he had gotten there with a king-high straight to survive.

Chris Klodnicki raised to 25,000 in the cutoff and got a call from Koray Aldemir on the button.

On the A57 flop, Klodnicki continued for 25,000 and got another call from Aldemir to see the 2 on the turn.

The players now checked to the 10 river where Klodnicki put in an overbet of 150,000.

Aldemir thought for a couple of minutes before tossing in a call.

Klodnicki showed 107 for two pair and the winner as Aldemir mucked his hand.

Picking up the action after the flop, Josh Arieh in the small blind was involved in a hand with Lyle Berman on the button. With the board reading K210, Arieh led out for 60,000 only to see Berman raise to 200,000. Arieh responded by coming back over the top for 400,000. After some thought, Berman moved the rest of his stack into the middle and was quickly called by Arieh, who had the covering stack.

Berman was on the wrong end of a brutal cooler and would need to get extremely lucky to survive. No help came on the 8 turn, with the A river putting the final nail in the coffin for Berman and sending a massive pot over toward Arieh.
