Schwartz All In Blind

Level 24 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Big O

Michael Schwartz was forced all in from the big blind as Martin Zamani raised to 40,000 under the gun and was called by Thomas Taylor and Zhen Cai.

The flop came 885 and action checked to Cai on the button, who bet 100,000. Both Zamani and Taylor quickly folded.

Schwartz turned over KJ973, while Cai had A9832 for trip eights. The board ran out JQ and Cai sent Schwartz to the rail.

At the same time on another table, Philip Sternheimer and Michael Lim were both eliminated on the same hand by Carlos Guerrero, who has now climbed above 1,000,000.

Nelio Gatta moved all in for his last 260,000 from the button and Yaser Al-Keliddar had him at risk in the cutoff.

Nelio Gatta: AAK4
Yaser Al-Keliddar: AJ102

"Oh, oh, that's bad," Al-Keliddar said as the flop came QJQ, giving Gatta two pair.

The turn came the 8. "That's really bad," Al-Keliddar added. Gatta sealed the double up on the 2 river as Al-Keliddar was knocked down to a short stack.

Kostly Turn for Yanovski

Level 24 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo

PokerNews heard yelling from across the room and rushed over to try and catch the action. Thankfully, Leonid Yanovski was there to relay what had happened.

Leonid Yanovski raised and quickly saw Nick Kost three-bet pot. Yanovski called and the flop came 5x7x9x rainbow.

All the money went in on the flop and both players turned their cards up prepared to watch two cards peel off.

Leonid Yanovski: Ax8x6x2x
Nick Kost: AxJx8x2x

Kost needed help with well over a million chips in the middle and that help wasted no time materializing in the form of a 10x hitting the turn to give him the nut straight.

Yanovski would need a card to give him a low just to recoup a quarter of the pot but when a Kx fell on the river, Yanovski was sent to the rail as Kost rocketed up the chip counts.

William Leffingwell: AJ972
Alexander Hoff: AK964

Koral Next to Fall

Level 24 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo

Tom Koral was under the gun and moved his last 85,000 in the middle as Jesse David called in the cutoff to put him at risk.

Tom Koral: A732
Jesse David: AA93

The flop came JKJ as David made two pair. The 8 fell on the turn and Koral was left hoping to complete a flush draw.

"It's not over yet," David said, but it soon would be when the harmless 5 fell on the river to send Koral to the exit.

Brandon Shack-Harris also hit the rail at the same time on another table.

Omaha Hi-Lo

Three-handed on a flop of 3QK, Carlos Guerrero bet and was called by Leif Force and Lawrence Brandt.

Guerrero bet again on the A and Force folded this time. Brandt, though, stuck around to the 5 river where both players checked.

Vohra Bets Every Street and David Finds A Fold

Level 24 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Jesse David raised under the gun and got called by the small blind and Raj Vohra in the big blind leading to a 7J8 flop.

The small blind checked and Vohra tossed out a bet. Both David and the small blind called and all three players headed to a 9 turn card.

The small blind checked to Vohra again and again, Vohra tossed out a bet. David called and the small blind folded before the dealer put the 9 out on the river.

It was more of the same from Vohra as he bet again and David, after looking at his cards and the completed board for about 30-seconds, tossed his cards into the muck.

Vohra showed the 108, jokingly saying he had the straight flush as the pot was pushed in his direction.

DeMaci Gets Three Streets in a "Stupid Game"

Level 24 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Three-handed on a flop of J95, Chris DeMaci bet and both Alex Livingston and Jesse David called.

The turn came the 10 and DeMaci fired out another bet. Both opponents called once more to see the 3 river.

DeMaci now bet for the third time and Livingston mucked. "That last called just made me put in more chips," David lamented as he made a reluctant call.

DeMaci turned over Q8 for the turned straight and David flashed 33 before mucking.

"Stupid game," he muttered after the hand.

"Notice how nobody disagreed with you," DeMaci replied.
