Foutty Scoops Clements

Level 18 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Scott Clements raised to 10,000 from the cutoff and Steve Foutty called from the small blind. The big blind put in the call as well to send all three to a 1034 flop.

Action checked through to bring all three players to the Q turn card. Foutty and the big blind checked over to Clements who potted for 33,000. Foutty made the call and the big blind folded, sending the duo to a J river card.

Action checked through to showdown and Foutty opened up the A543. Clements looked his hand over one last time before tapping the table and tossing his cards face down into the muck, awarding the pot to Foutty.

Hartshorn Correctly Calls For a Chop

Level 18 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Kosei Ichinose was in the hijack and bet on a flop of 6105. Clinton Hartshorn called in the small blind, as did big blind Martin Lategui.

The turn came the 8 and Ichinose bet again. Both opponents called to see the 5 river, where Ichinose opened the betting a third time.

Hartshorn called and Lategui also stuck around. Ichinose showed AJ62 for the low, Lategui had KK94, while Hartshorn turned over AA104 to take the high.

"You didn't love it, but you had to," a tablemate told Hartshorn as he collected half the pot.

"I Win, Right?"

Level 18 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Mark Roland bet all in from the cutoff as action folded to Martin Zamani in the small blind. "It's limit, right," Zamani asked. "Raise," he added as the rest of the table got out of the way.

Zamani had A974 while Roland showed nine-high. The KKK flop left Roland already drawing dead. "I win, right," Zamani said as Roland threw his cards into the muck.

"What the f**k? I'm dead on the flop every time," he muttered in frustration as he was already heading for the exit by the time the A turn and Q river were dealt.

Pearson Scoops Three-Ways, Sends Chio Packing

Level 18 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Daniel Chio raised from the cutoff and Kristopher Townsend called from the small blind only to see Travis Pearson three-bet from the big blind.

Chio tossed in a four-bet and got called by both Townsend and Pearson to set up a three-way flop of 989. Townsend checked to Pearson who bet. Chio went all in and was called by both Townsend and Pearson to head to a 7 turn card with Chio at risk.

Townsend check-called a bet from Pearson, prompting the dealer to put the 7 out on the river.

Action checked through and Pearson turned over the A1042 for the flush. Townsend tabled the AK93, good for three nines but not good enough to get scooped by Pearson as Chio tossed his cards into the muck and exited the tournament area.
