All the chips went in the middle preflop between Pete Fox, at risk for his last 17,400 and Q♠Q♥ in his hands and his opponent who held A♥A♦.
Fox was in desperate shape for his tournament's life but found a lucky board Q♣8♣J♥5♣4♠, giving him a set of queens on the flop and the needed double up.
A player opened to 800 from early position and was called by Harry Lodge on the button and by the big blind.
The flop came 10♥J♣2♠ and the player who opened continued with a bet of 1,400. Lodge called and the big blind folded.
On the turn 4♥, Lodge called once again, this time a 3,100 bet. On the river 3♥, he just checked back and mucked his cards when his opponent showed K♣J♦ for a pair of jacks.
In a heads-up pot with around 5,000 in the middle, the board was 4♥6♠4♠8♠ when Sarah Herzali tanked in the hijack before betting 2,100. Her opponent called in the cutoff.
The 5♠ river brought another spade on the board and this time both players checked. The cutoff tabled J♠10♠ for the flush and Herzali quickly mucked her hand.
In a heads-up pot, the board already showed 4♠6♦5♠6♥ when Maurice Hawkins bet 700 and his opponent called.
The 3♣ completed the board and this time Hawkins sent 5,400 in the middle. His opponent quickly called, showing K♠K♣, only to see the bad news with 2♠2♦ in Hawkins' hand for the straight.
The player under the gun raised to 800 and the cutoff three-bet to 2,100. After some thinking, Steven Wang decided to four-bet in the small blind to 6,100. His opponents quickly folded and Wang grabbed the pot.
After an open to 700 by a player in middle position, the cutoff called, but the button raised to 2,200. This bet didn't scare WSOP bracelet winner Mourad Amokrane, who called from the small blind. The initial raiser folded, and the cutoff called.
The dealer fanned a flop of 5♠8♣9♣ that all three players checked. Then on the turn 9♦, Amokrane bet 1,000. His two opponents called, and everybody checked once again on the river 5♥.
First to flip his cards, Amokrane showed A♣10♣ for a missed flush draw. Seated on his right, the button revealed J♠J♦ for a pair and the win, while the cutoff folded.
A player opened to 700 and Faraz Jaka three-bet to 2,500 on the button. It was called by the big blind and the initial raiser.
The flop landed K♣Q♣2♠ and it checked to Jaka who continued for 2,700. His opponents quickly let it go. "I can't lose with that one!" said Jaka jokingly and revealed J♣6♠.
According to the table, Brandon Glass entered the pot with a limp from under the gun and five players called to make it a six-way pot. On the flop of K♥Q♥4♠, Glass bet 500 to kick a few players out of the hand. His action was successful as only two players called him.
On the turn A♣, Glass continued his aggression with another bet of 1,200. Once again, he received two calls. The river card 2x completed the board. Glass decided to add 3,000 more to the pot. One of his opponents folded, but the other called and revealed AxAx, beating Glass' kings.
