The River Saves Sarver

Level 10 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Marei Sarver shoved for her remaining stack worth 30,000 and after some thinking, Roxanne Rhodes called on the button to create the following showdown:

Marie Sarver: AK
Roxanne Rhodes: AQ

Sarver had the dominating hand, but the board first fell JK10, giving a flopped straight to Rhodes. The 4 turn didn't change anything but a Q showed up on the river to also bring the straight to Sarver to save her from the elimination and chop the pot.
