Rast held a commanding lead, and the 3♠8♦5♠6♠6♥ runout was of no help to Rast's opponent, who was sent out late in the evening.

Hossein Ensan opened to 2,500 from under the gun and received calls from Rabah Aitabdelmalek in the cutoff as well as a player on the button and the big blind.
Action checked around on the K♦2♠9♦ flop and the big blind checked for a second time after the 4♣ hit the felt on the turn. Ensan tossed out a bet of 8,700 only to see Aitabdelmalek raise to 27,500. That got quick folds from the button and big blind while Ensan went into the tank. He emerged having decided on a fold to send the pot to his opponent and put a dent in his own chip count.
Picking up the action on the flop, Bill Klein in the big blind was involved in a hand with a player in middle position as well as David Pham on the button. With the board reading 7♥K♣3♠ Klein checked and the middle position player bet 3,000. Pham made the call while Klein chose to come in with a raise to 10,000. The middle position player responded by moving all in, getting a quick fold from Pham. Klein did not hesitate before committing the rest of his stack to the pot.

Klein was ahead with his two pair and managed to hold on the J♥8♣ runout to secure more than a double and get back to starting stack.
Anthony Zinno raised to 2,500 from under the gun and was called by the player in the cutoff and Nozomu Shimizu in the big blind.
All three players checked on the Q♠A♥A♦ flop and J♣ turn; however, Zinno bet 8,000 on the Q♣ river after being checked to a third time and the cutoff raised to 20,000. Shimizu quickly folded and Zinno snap-called.
The cutoff showed 3♥3♣ for a counterfeited pair and Zinno took the pot the A♣4♦ for a full house.

PokerNews was informed about a hand where Arman Soltani raised to 2,000 from early position and was called by the player in the hijack, Erik Seidel on the button, and the player in the big blind.
The flop came Kx4xJx and action checked to Soltani, who bet 5,000. It was folded to Seidel, who raised to 17,000. The big blind folded and Soltani tanked for a bit before shoving for 47,000 total.
Seidel quickly called with KxJx for top two pair, but was well behind the 4x4x of Soltani for a flopped set.
The turn and river bricked out for Seidel and Soltani doubled up.
Rob Hollink opened to 2,200 on the button and was called by a player in the big blind.
Action checked to Hollink on the J♣4♥7♦ flop and he continued for 1,200. His opponent made the call.
The 9♦ turn saw the big blind check for a second time. Hollink bet 5,500 and that was enough to convince his opponent to get out of the way and keep the Dutchman adding to his large stack.
