Early Pot For Okamoto
Level 1
: Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
The 2023 WSOP Ladies Championship Event runner-up Shiina Okamoto opened to 700 from middle position. A new player seated on her left was the only one to call.
The dealer fanned a flop of 9♦5♣Q♦. Okamoto checked and let her opponent bet 500. She called and the 10♠ came on the turn.
There was no more action on this street as both players checked. However, on the river 4♠, Okamoto bet 2,300. Her neighbor waited a few seconds and folded.
