Action was picked up on the flop with the board reading 4♥J♥10♦. A player on the button had bet 11,500 and Steven Nichols had raised it to 37,000 in position, putting his opponent deep into the tank.
After approximately five full minutes the button made the call, leading to the Q♥ turn. Nichols bet again for 50,000, putting the button, who had about 75,000 behind, on a difficult decision.
After another long deliberation, the button folded and Nichols was awarded a chunky pot.
Two players remained in the hand as the board read 3♠K♣6♠7♥8♦.
Sheng Carlos in the small blind checked the action over to the player in the cutoff who bet out for 9,000 into a pot of approximately 24,000. Carlos responded with a check-raise, moving all in as he covered the effective stack of 36,000.
Carlos' opponent went deep into the tank before eventually relinquishing his cards.

On the flop 9♥Q♣4♠, Caiaffa bet another 7,600, and Melogno called. Then, the 5♥ appeared on the turn, and both players checked.
The J♠ landed on the river. Melogno checked again. Caiaffa seemed to hesitate, but checked back a second time and folded when Melogno showed A♠Q♥ for top pair.
On a board that read A♠5♣2♣A♦, popular poker vlogger Brad Owen checked from under the gun to his opponent, who put out a bet of 6,500. Owen made the call and a river of Q♣ hit the felt.
Both players now quickly checked and the player on the button declared "five."
"No good," said Owen, as he tabled his A♥J♦ for trip aces. Owen won the pot and is nearing the starting stack of 60,000 chips again.
Meanwhile, Tamon Nakamura has busted in one of the first hands after the break.
Rytis Strigunas raised to 2,500 in middle position and was called by Alex Lynskey on the button and Christoph Maximowitz in the big blind. The flop came K♠K♥5♦ and Strigunas continued with a bet of 2,200. Lynskey and Maximowitz both called.
The turn brought the J♠ and the action checked to Lynskey this time who made a bet of 5,000. Maximowitz called and Strigunas got out of the way. The 2♣ completed the board and Maximowitz led out with a small bet of 3,500. Lynskey called by tossing the chips toward his opponent and Maximowitz turned over K♣J♣ for the best hand.
