Players were already at a board of 6♠10♣K♣9♥4♦ when Yoshinori Funayama bet small from the big blind. Ryan Conner from a late position made a call and the players flipped their hands.

Both players had a pair, Funayama sat with 8♠8♥ for pocket eights, missing the board and Conner had J♣10♠ for a pair of tens.

Conner took the pot and went straight into the next hand as the hijack. Conner raised preflop to 400 getting a call only from an opponent in the cutoff.

The flop brought A♠4♣K♥ and Conner continuation-bet for 700, getting a fold from the cutoff.
