Kessler Misclicks, Zolotow Wins With a King

Level 14 : Limits 8,000/16,000, 0 ante

Allen Kessler intended to raise under the gun but only put in 11,000 and was forced to just call. Renan Bruschi also called in the cutoff, but Steve Zolotow raised in the small blind.

Both Kessler and Bruschi called as Zolotow took one, while Kessler and Bruschi took two. Zolotow bet and both opponents called.

Zolotow again took one, Bruschi and Kessler drew two, and all three players checked.

Bruschi patted the third draw, Zolotow drew two, and Kessler one. Action was again checked down as Zolotow showed a K-7.

"How do I not bet," Kessler wondered as he and Bruschi mucked.

Ivey Takes from Daniel

Level 14 : Limits 8,000/16,000, 0 ante

Phil Ivey opened from the hijack and Tomer Daniel defended from the big blind, drawing three while Ivey drew two.

After the first draw Daniel check-called another bet from Ivey and drew one while Ivey drew two.

Daniel bet after the second draw, Ivey raised it to two big bets and Daniel called. Ivey drew one and Daniel stood pat.

Both players checked with no draws remaining. Ivey tabled 9x7x4x3x2x which was good enough to take the pot.

Kupin Doubles Off Leknes

Level 14 : Limits 8,000/16,000, 0 ante

Aaron Kupin and Tobias Leknes went heads-up to the second draw where each player took one.

Kupin then bet from the button and Leknes raised under the gun. Kupin called for his last 11,000.

Both players stood pat. "Eight-six," Leknes said.

"Eight-six perfect," Kupin replied, showing 8x6x4x3x2x to win the pot and double up.

Kessler Leaves Coleman Short

Action was picked up after the final draw with two players remaining and about 50,000 in the pot. Maxx Coleman bet from the small blind, Allen Kessler raised it to two big bets from the big blind and Coleman made the call.

Kessler tabled 7x6x5x4x2x for the fourth-best possible hand and Coleman mucked.

Kirk Smells Something Fishy Against Kihara

Naoya Kihara raised in the cutoff before Duncan Kirk reraised on the button. Kihara called and both players drew one.

Kihara then led out with a bet and Kirk folded. "Wow, really?" Kihara said.

"You scared me," Kirk replied as Kihara flashed a 7-6.

"How disciplined was that? He would've broken it to improve," Kirk added.

Glaser checked again after the second draw and Ivey bet. Glaser raised to two big bets and Ivey made the call. Both players stood pat and checked after the final draw. Glaser tabled 8x7x5x3x2x and Ivey mucked.

Leknes drew three and Chambers two. Leknes then bet and Chambers called.

Both players drew one and checked the second draw. They each took one again and Leknes led out with another bet.

Chambers called and Leknes showed 7x6x4x3x2x. Chambers mucked an 8-6 and Leknes took the pot.

There have been a number of marked cards found at this table over the past level, and the floor instructed the dealer to check the cards after each hand.
