We are about to go to a three-table redraw.
Level: 25
Blinds: 25,000/50,000
Ante: 50,000
Action picked up in a hand between Johan Guilbert and Arnaud Enselme, and it turned into a big showdown.
Guilbert bet on a board showing 10♦Q♣9♦ and Enselme responded with a check-raise. Guilbert didn’t flinch and moved all in, which covered Enselme.
Enselme called to put himself at risk, and the cards were tabled.
Arnaud Enselme: 10x9x
Johan Guilbert: K♥J♥
Gulibert was ahead with a flopped nut straight, while Enselme flopped bottom two pair.
Enselme needed any 10 or nine for a full house, but neither card arrived after J♠ hit the turn and J♦ appeared on the river to send him to the rail.
Action was picked up on a 4♥7♦7♠ flop. George Wolff checked out of the big blind, Noel Rodriguez decided to bet 65,000. Wolff then went all in and Rodriguez quickly called.
George Wolff :A♦4♦
Noel Rodriguez :6♠6♥
The turn card was the A♥ and the river was the K♠.
Wolff doubled his stack with hopes that his momentum will continue.
More eliminations as we get closer to the three table redraw.
All the money went in before the flop. Chris Hunichen open-raised in early position, Maurice Hawkins called on the cut-off. David Hoffenberg then shoved from the small blind. Hunichen called, Hawkins folded.
David Hoffenberg: K♠K♦
Chris Hunichen: A♦Q♣
The flop K♣9♠9♦ was terrible for Hunichen, giving Hoffenberg a full house and leaving him with running aces as the only way to win. He started counting out the bet for Hoffenberg's stack before the dealer dealt out the 2♥ turn and the 3♦. A pot of around 2,000,000 was sent to Hoffenberg and Hunichen kept a very short stack.
Brett Apter raised to 80,000 from middle position. Mark Newhouse then shoved all in from the cutoff. Action folded back around to Apter who made the call.
Mark Newhouse :A♣J♣
Brett Apter :J♠J♥
The board ran out K♦5♥6♣5♠9♥, eliminating Newhouse, who famously made the Main Event final table in back to back years.
