Both players checked the J♣10♦7♥ flop over to the 2♦ turn where Edengren bet 150,000 which Landowski called.

On the river 9♣, Edengren bet 350,000 and Landowski tossed in one chip and then mucked after seeing Edengren turn over A♣K♥Q♥8♣5♥ for the king-high straight and he added to his growing stack.

Life Outside Poker is a new podcast for PokerNews hosted by Connor Richards that seeks to pull back the curtain on poker players and allow viewers and listeners to get to know them on a personal level.

In the seventh episode, Connor speaks with World Series of Poker (WSOP) commentator Norman Chad, one of the most recognizable voices in poker who has provided color commentary on poker's biggest stage for over 20 years.

Chad talks about getting his start as a sports writer in college, his decades-long syndicated sports humor column for the Washington Post and being asked to commentate on the 2003 WSOP Main Event that sparked the Poker Boom.

Chad also discusses the state of poker broadcasting today, the need for more color commentary in the booth, and the need for more interesting characters on the felt.

The flop rolled out 5♥3♥J♠ and Spivack moved all in for his last 150,000 and Hubbard called.

Aleksey Filatov was reduced to crumbs by Joshua Adcock after the latter won a 1,900,000 pot from the Ukranian. Adcock had A♠J♥3♣2♦ and had a six-five low and a six-high straight on the 5♥6♣J♠9♠4♦ board to frustrate Filatov. Filatov was left with 255,000, which became 155,000 after he conceded a pot on his big blind.

The following hand, Tim Seidensticker raised to 200,000 from under the gun. Filatov put in his stack from the small blind before Dylan Lambe called from the big blind. Lambe check-folded to a bet on the J♦10♦9♥ flop for the cards to be tabled.

The Q♥3♣ runout saw Filatov's kings remain best, and he tripled up.

The flop came Q♥5♣4♠. It checked to Lambe who bet. Adcock called, as did Filatov who was all in for 40,000.

Adcock check-called a bet on the 9♥ turn and both players checked the 10♣ river.

Adcock tabled A♠K♥6♠2♦ with Lambe tabling A♣Q♠9♣3♣ for two pair, queens and nines.

Filatov showed 7♦7♣A♦4♦ and was eliminated. There was no low.

On the last hand before the break, Tim Seidensticker limped in from the cutoff before Joshua Adcock made it 225,000 from the button. Phil Hellmuth folded his small blind before Dylan Lambe called from the big blind. Seidensticker also stuck around.

The J♠8♠8♥ flop checked through to the Q♥ turn. Lambe bet 300,000 and only Adcock called.

The J♣ river then checked through to showdown.

Adcock had trips with his A♣K♠J♦9♠2♥, besting Lambe's AxAx which he flashed.

Adcock then howled like a wolf at the moon before heading off on break as one of the big stack.
