There were around 150,000 chips in the pot on a board of 9♥2♥5♥8♣ when Kevin Javier bet 45,000 on the turn. Michael Newman then min-raised to 90,000, and Javier called.
On the 4♦ river, Javier checked, Newman fired 120,000, and Javier called.
Newman tabled K♥Q♠ for just king-high, but Javier held the winner with Q♣Q♦ with a pair of queens.

There was an open from early position and Juan Vecino three-bet to 100,000 out of the hijack. Jonathan Pastore, then four-bet to 250,000 from the small blind, and only Vecino called.
On the 5♣6♠6♣ flop, Pastore bet 75,000, and Vecino called.
Both checked the 4♦ turn to the 2♥ river. Pastore checked, and Vecino shoved all in. Pastore had around 650,000 chips behind but after some consideration, he chose to preserve them and made the fold.
Mark Marden shoved all in from early position for 130,000 and got called by David Mowery in the hijack.

Marden couldn't find any help on the J♠7♠J♥6♣10♥ runout which meant he was eliminated, and Mowery continued his good start to the day.
With the J♥7♦3♦ flop on the felt Barak Wisbrod checked to Jamie Flynn who fired a bet of 25,000 into the pot of about 120,000. Wisbrod paused for a few moments and made the call.
When the A♦ fell on the turn, Wisbrod check-folded to another bet of 60,000 from Flynn.
On a flop of 3♦Q♦4♣10♥, Jonathan Pastore had bet 120,000 on the turn, and Wayne Harmon called.
The A♠ hit the river and after Harmon checked, Pastore shoved all in. Harmon had around 500,000 chips behind and would need to commit them all if he wanted to contest the pot, but eventually made the fold.
Pastore flipped over 9♠7♠ for a complete bluff as he raked in the pot.
Noel Rodriguez opened 40,000 from middle position and only Tzur Levy came along from the big blind.
The dealer spread a flop of A♦10♥7♣, and Levy check-called a bet of 35,000.
Both players checked the 2♣ turn to see the Q♦ river. Levy checked once more before Rodriguez dropped a bet of 140,000 across the line. Levy thought about it for about 15 seconds and pitched his cards into the muck.
With around 100,000 in the pot and a board that read 9♠8♦J♦, David Mowery had bet 40,000 and the big blind shoved for 360,000. Mowery snap-called.

Mowery had flopped the nuts which meant the big blind needed a lot of help from the dealer to win or chop the pot. No such cards came as the 3♦ turn and 2♥ river changed nothing, which meant Mowery was pushed the pot.
David Dibernardi limped from the small blind and Simon Wiciak made it 70,000 from the big blind. Dibernardi called.
They both saw a flop of 6♥8♥Q♠ which was checked through to the 5♦ turn. Dibernardi bet 90,000, and Wiciak called.
On the 9♠ river, Dibernardi shoved. Wiciak asked for a count and upon learning that the shove was for 255,000, he eventually made the fold.
