Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 2,500 ante

A player in the hijack opened to 5,500 and the button flatted. In the big blind, Christopher Chung moved all-in for 36,000 and the hijack rejammed as the covering stack.

Chung was drawing to 9x4x3x2x but his opponent had a superior draw. Luckily for him, he peeled a 7x to make a nine-seven and his opponent bricked to get the full double.

Arriving when the cards had already been drawn, Quan Zhou checked from middle position to the player in the cutoff, who bet 12,000 chips into a pot of 22,500.

Marcel Vonk then quickly called on the button, and Zhou followed suit after thinking it through. The cutoff showed 8x6x5x5x3x for a pair of fives and Vonk tabled 9x7x5x4x3x for a nine-seven.

Zhou's cards flew into the muck as he was left with five big blinds.

Sternheimer Takes from Turner

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 3,000 ante

Philip Sternheimer opened to 5,500 from middle position and Jon Turner defended from the big blind.

Turner drew two, while Sternheimer took one and bet 8,500 when checked to. Turner thought for a while before he reluctantly tossed in calling chips, as he explained, "I block a few cards."

"You're using that fancy term again," replied Sternheimer as he turned over 10x8x6x4x2x for the winner.
