Lucas Doubles Through Mao

Level 29 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Gautier Lucas raised to 870,000 under the gun with just 30,000 chips behind. Jiawei Mao made the call from the big blind.

Lucas got the last of his chip into the middle on the J4Q flop with Mao making the call.

Gautier Lucas: A10 All in
Jiawei Mao: A9

The 5 turn and 6 river meant Lucas would double up because of his higher kicker.

Level 29 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Anil Damani

Guilherme de Castro was heads up and on the button against Nick Guagenti in the big blind. Players were on a 5J9 flop with a pot of around 550,000.

Guagenti checked the flop and de Castro bet out around 325,000. Guagenti took some time before making a fold, handing the pot to de Castro.

In the next hand, Anil Damani was all in from a middle position for around 1,000,000. Guilherme de Castro was the only caller from the cutoff.

Anil Damani: AJAll in
Guilherme de Castro: QQ

The 47K flop didn't change much for either player, but the Q turn was good for de Castro. The 2 river sealed Damani's bustout, and de Castro added more chips to his monster stack.

Level 29 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

The action was unclear but Nick Guagenti was all in for his last 1,050,000 from the cutoff with Robert Ramos making the call from the button to try and eliminate him.

Nick Guagenti: KJ All in
Robert Ramos: 88

The dealer fanned the flop of 6103, keeping Ramos ahead. However, the J turn and K river mean Guagenti would double up with two pair.

Level 29 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Rachel Gardner

With 770,000 already in the pot and the board showing A9K7, Jacob Mulhern bet 225,000 after Shinya Nakajima checked. Rachel Gardner and Nakajima both called.

On the river 5, Nakajima checked again. Mulhern fired another bet of 650,000, which Gardner called after some thought, while Nakajima folded. Mulhern, mistakenly thinking Gardner had raised, didn't show his cards. Gardner then revealed 88 and claimed the pot after Mulhern's cards found the muck. "Good call," he said to Gardner.

Level 30 : Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Wai Kit Lo raised from an early position to 250,000 and Timothy Smyrk moved all in for around 1,085,000 from the big blind.

Lo went into the tank, before making the call and the players flipped their cards.

Timothy Smyrk: A5All in
Wai Kit Lo: A9

Another player at the table said Lo made a "nice call" as he was ahead of Smyrk before the flop was dealt.

Smyrk missed the JJ4 flop, and the 8 10 turn and river, and he was knocked out of the tournament.

Robbins Runs into Hirose's Aces

Level 30 : Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Jamie Robbins open-shoved for 875,000 and the action was then on Daniel Hirose who took some time before he made the call. The rest of the table quickly got out of the way to let the two players duke it out.

Jamie Robbins: 66All in
Daniel Hirose: AA

"Sorry, I wasn't trying to slow roll, I wanted to get someone else to call," Hirose explained apologetically.

"No, it's fine, I'm good at these!" Robbins replied optimistically, but unfortunately could not get there on the 593J2 runout and was sent to the exit.
