Hennigan Runs Into Trips
Level 18
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
John Hennigan opened in the hijack and Niko Koop called in the big blind.
Koop checked on the flop of 8♠9♦J♥ and Hennigan bet 35,000. Koop called. Koop checked again on the J♣ turn and Hennigan sized up to 80,000. Koop again called.
Koop checked once more on the 2♦ river and Hennigan checked back. Koop showed Q♣J♠ for trip jacks and it was good to win the pot.
