Yi Takes it on the Turn

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Nuno Mafra opened 900 in the hijack and both the small blind and Joon Yi in the big blind made the call.

All three players checked to the 8543 turn, where the small blind checked once again and Yi fired 2,000. That was enough to earn the pot as both Mafra and the small blind mucked their hands.

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

The action was caught on a completed board of A9108A. Paul Volpe checked in the hijack before Lawrence Ma made a bet of 17,000 chips into the pot of 42,000.

Frank Raises Big

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

A player opened to 1,000 from middle position before Ashley Frank three-bet to 2,800 on the button. A player in the big blind then cold four-bet to 7,000, getting a quick fold from the original raiser. Frank flatted to see a flop.

The flop came 755, prompting the big blind to continue for 2,000. Frank responded by moving almost her entire stack into the middle and was met by a swift fold from her opponent to take down a healthy pot that sees her rise back up towards starting stack.

Weisman Chops One Up in Humorous Fashion

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

A player opened to 1,000 from under the gun and was called in four spots, including Dylan Weisman in the small blind.

The Q65 flop checked through.

On the 7 turn, Weisman led for 2,200 and was only called by the player in middle position.

The 5 peeled off on the river. Weisman led again for 5,000 and the middle position player went into the tank. After some deliberation, he reluctantly tossed in a chip to call.

Dylan Weisman: 44
Middle Position: 44

The table laughed as the dealer chopped up the pot.

Jacob Long

With 4,500 chips in the pot on a flop of 682, the big blind checked, early position bet 2,200, Johnny Woolen called, and Jacob Long called. When it got back to the big blind, he made it 6,600, which early position and Woolen called. Long then back raised to 19,000, which got the big blind and early position to fold, but Woolen called.

A J hit the turn and after Woolen checked, Long shoved for 40,100. Woolen went into the tank but eventually laid down his hand.

Long tabled 22 for bottom set.

Pomponio Cracks Aces to Bust McDonald

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

With an already big pot brewing to the J9610 turn, Thomas Pomponio bet 22,000 into around 27,000. Sean McDonald went into the tank and called for most of his stack behind. Pomponio then bet 25,000 on the 6 river, and McDonald called to get shown the JJ for jacks full, flashing his AA before heading to the rail.

"Easy game," Humberto Brenes chimed in with a smile on his face.
