Action folded around to Ayman Qutami in the small blind who elected for a raise. Juha Helppi called in the big blind and the flop came 8♣10♥5♣.

Qutami bet and Helppi called. The turn brought the 4♥ and Qutami bet again. Helppi called and the river landed the K♠.

Qutami bet once again, and was faced with a quick raise from Helppi, putting Qutami at risk.

Qutami called and saw the bad news when Helppi turned over Kx8x for two pair. Qutami, who was ahead the whole way, tabled Ax8x and was sent to the rail.

Brodsky Loses Against a Set, Then Triples Up With One

Joseph Brodsky was left only 150,000 after losing a hand against Abdulrahim Amer, where Amer raised preflop and bet every street on 9♦10♦2♣4♥J♥. When Brodsky called the last bet on the river, he was shown the bad news, Amer flipped over 2♥2♦ for bottom set.

Less than an orbit later, action started with George Chen’s raise on the hijack, which was three-bet by Nickolas Herbrig and four bet by Brodsky. Chen put in a five-bet, Herbrig and Brodsky called, after which Brodsky was already all in.

The runout was J♠3♠7♣8♣2♣. Chen and Herbrig put in bets and built a side pot with bets on every street, before all three players flipped over their hands.

Brodsky was way ahead with 8♠8♥ for a set and won the main pot, while Chen picked up the substantial side pot with Q♣Q♦, as Herbrig showed the A♠10♠ for a busted flush draw.

The flop came 4♥4♠Q♣ and Pan check-called a bet from Hansen, for the side pot. The A♥ turn went check-check.

On the 8♣ river, Pan bet and Hansen called. Pan tabled A♠6♠ for two-pair and Hansen mucked his cards, rewarding Pan the pot. Denotaristefani turned over 10x10x and was eliminated.
