Ogita Sends Hartigan Into the Tank

James Hartigan raised from the button to 7,000 and Daisuke Ogita defended in the big blind.

The A94 flop saw Ogita check-call a bet of 5,000 from Hartigan.

Ogita also checked on the 8 turn. Hartigan bet again for 10,000 and Ogita check-raised, moving all in for Hartigan's effective stack of 60,000.

Hartigan, pained by his decision, chose to toss his cards into the muck.

Shannon Shorr, in the big blind, bet out for 10,000. Andrew Hulme, in early position, made the call.

The A river saw Shorr size down with a bet of 7,000. Hulme thought on his decision before putting in a raise to 50,000. Shorr went deep into the tank, finally electing to make the fold.

Djohan Doubles his Stack

Germaine Calls Off a Four-Bet Jam

Travis Egbert was on a short stack of just around 13,000 chips and moved all in from the hijack. Qing Liu called on the button and Quan Zhou went all in from the small blind for 113,500. Liu thought for a while before finally deciding to make the call.

Egbert ran into two big hands on his short stack, while Zhou had by far the best chances for his double-up with kings.

However, the flop came Q42, sending the worst hand into a commanding lead.

The turn 9 and river 6 changed nothing and Egbert got the triple-up, while Zhou won a big side pot of around 170,000 chips.

Lipp Sends Wakil to the Rail
