Both Tauan De Oliveira Naves, in early position, and Robert Zeidman, in middle position, checked the action to reveal the Q♥ turn and the Q♦ river.

Naves bet out for 6,000 and Zeidman made a quick call. Naves tabled J♣10♥ for jack high, while Zeidman won this pot with 4♠4♦ for a near under pair to the board.

According to the players, Jeffrey Brunelle raised from under the gun and Bin Liu went all in from early position for 12,500. Tim Capretta called the all in middle position. When action folded back to Brunelle, he three bet to 75,000, putting Capretta all in. Capretta called.

The flop 9♦7♦10♠ gave Brunelle additional outs with a gut shot straight draw. The turn was the 10♦, bringing in a flush draw for Capretta and Liu.

Nguyen Finds a Triple Up

Scotty Nguyen moved all in for 13,500 from the hijack, the cutoff moved all in for 33,000 and Atanas Kavrakov, in the big blind, went into the tank. With a $2,012 bounty on the line, Kavrakov made the call.

Every player at the table not involved in the hand started to call for a jack to keep both Nguyen and their own bounty interests alive. The J♣9♦2♦ flop saw Nguyen take the lead and the table erupted into cheer.

The J♥ river confirmed Nguyen's triple up. The neutral players at the table got up and out of their seats to high-five Nguyen. The 4♣ river saw Kavrakov win the side pot to ensure he didn't lose any chips during the hand while also eliminating the cutoff.

Lipp Leaves One Chip Behind

Matthias Lipp raised from early position to 3,500 and the player in the big blind called. The flop came out with 8♥8♦5♣ and the big blind checked and Lipp bet out 1,500 and was called.

On the turn Q♠ Lipp bet 8,000 once checked too and was called again.

Lipp was checked to again on the river 4♥ and so he bet 16,000 leaving one yellow chip behind. The big blind called and mucked when Lipp turned over A♠Q♥ for two pair.

Lipp stated before the hand, "We are on a freeroll now due to getting to play with a Hall of Famer", he was speaking about Johnny Chan.

Barry Greenstein raised to 3,000 from middle position, the cutoff called, as did Yunkyu Song, on the button. The small blind squeezed to 23,000, leaving themselves 8,000 behind the line. Greenstein moved all in for 55,000, the cutoff folded and Song moved all in over the top. The small blind called off the bet for the remainder of their stack.
