2025 World Series of Poker
Players are now on a 20-minute break after four levels of play in the $600 Pot-Limit Omaha Deepstack Event at the 2025 World Series of Poker.
The action was picked up as Alan Carson moved all in for 16,500 on a flop of 5♣3♦7♥ and Endre Gabori called covering Carson's stack.
"I got a wrap," Carson said, as he flipped over his cards.

Endre Gabori: Q♥10♥8♥6♠
Gabori had a higher straight draw, going to the turn. The Q♠ fell and Gabori improved to a pair of queens.
A river of 7♣ hit, and Gabori held two pair, queens and sevens, to scoop the pot. Carson was eliminated for his first entry of the day.
The hand began with a raise by Nuno Nascimento to 1,200 under the gun. The open was called by Cynthia Hickey in middle position and Jordan Sparagana on the button.
Warren Watson elected to raise to 6,000 from the small blind. Nascimento and Hickey folded before Sparagana called.
Watson bet pot for 14,800, garnering a call from Sparagana on the 4♥5♣2♠ flop.
The 3♥ turn saw Watson push Sparagana all in. Sparagana called to lead to a showdown.

Watson improved to a full house on the 2♣ river, sinking Sparagana's straight and knocking out Sparagana in the process.

Jeffrey Samson opted to put in the rest of his stack for 18,800 on the 8♦10♠A♣Q♣3♦ board.
Gabriel Tileff gave it some thought before folding, leaving himself with 5,200 in his stack as Samson scooped the chips.
Ziad Zebib moved all in from early position for 12,500. David Kim called from late position and Thomas Herz called from the button. It was three to the flop with one player all in.
The flop arrived with 8♥6♥J♦. With the pot bloated, Kim moved all in for 23,500, and Herz called with his remaining stack.

The turn card was the 6♣, Kim turned two pair queens and sixes, and Herz had a draw at a full house with a lower flopped two pair heading to the river.
A 2♦ hit the felt on the river and Kim scooped the pot eliminating both players, prompting them to inquire for rebuys.
Angel Martinez comitted their stack of 23,500 on the 7♣3♠5♥Q♥5♠ board against Christopher Penfield.
Martinez showed Penfield a full house with A♥A♠5♦3♦ to leave Penfield short.
PokerNews approached the table when Jiyang Gan exclaimed, "I flopped a royal flush!!"
On a board of A♦J♦K♦ the action was unknown, as Gan revealed Q♦10♦J♥5♥ for a flopped royal flush.
A pot of roughly 7,000 was in the middle on the K♠2♦Q♦7♥ turn.
Bernard Peller checked from the big blind before Weiqiang Zhao fired out 6,700 from the cutoff.
Peller called to bring in the 8♣ river and checked to Zhao who bet 6,800. Peller folded giving Zhao the pot.
