Green Apoligizes Preflop

Level 27 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Brian Green, sitting on the button, moved all in for his last 1,760,000 chips, and Jesse Lonis snap-called from the big blind. As the cards hit the felt, Green offered an immediate apology—despite holding the inferior hand—adding with a grin, “The Universe wants me to win.”

So far, that mantra seemed to be working in his favor.

Brian Green: A5 All in
Jesse Lonis: AK

The board followed the universe's orders with a straight for Green on a runout of 2A344.
