Tornai Flushed Out Yap

Level 27 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Mark Tornai was in an early position and raised to 200,000. Robertson Yap moved all in from the big blind for their remaining 1,200,000.

Both the blinds folded, with the big blind accidentally showing their low pocket pair. Action was back around to Tornai who made the call.

Robertson Yap: A2All in
Mark Tornai: A10

Tornai was ahead and Yap needed some luck to stay alive.

The 5JK flop didn't change anything, and Tornai improved to a flush after seeing the 9 turn and 3 river.

Yap was already stood up from the table on the turn as he realised his fate and was eliminated with around 300 players remaining.

Ryan Rivers: JJAll in

Oscal Doubles Up After Dinner

Level 27 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

On one of the first hands after a 60-minute dinner break, Jose Oscal moved all in for 420,000 from the cutoff. Erick Carrasco called from the small blind position. Oscal stood up awaiting his fate as the players tabled their cards.

Jose Oscal: 87All in
Erick Carrasco: KQ

On an all-diamond flop, AQ7 both players hit pairs with Carrasco taking the lead with his king.

As they say 'Fortune favors the brave' as the 7 peeled off on the turn, Oscal made trip sevens..

A meaningless 2 hit the river, sending a pile of chips over to Oscal as he exchanged pleasantries with a tablemate across from him.

"Let me have my moment man!" Oscal responded as he raked in the pot.
