Filippos Stavrakis Eliminated in 19th Place ($9,851)

Level 24 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Filippos Stavrakis
Filippos Stavrakis

Christopher Vitch in the cutoff and Filippos Stavrakis on the button were heads up on a 1064 flop. Vitch checked over to Stavrakis, who fired a bet of 200,000. Vitch called, and the Q hit the turn.

Vitch promptly led out for 720,000, which Stavrakis called after some deliberation. Stavrakis only left himself 410,000 behind, which Vitch put in as soon as the 9 river had completed the board.

Stavrakis went into the tank, but ultimately decided he could not fold as he called off for his tournament life.

"Flush," Vitch confidently stated as he tabled 8733. Stavrakis only briefly flashed a hand without spades before they dsiappeared into the muck, and he took his exit in 19th place.

Buchalter once again opted for a pot-sized bet on the 510J flop, but Johnson check-folded to the bet of 340,000 after some more thought.

Ariel Mantel Eliminated in 21st Place ($9,851)

Level 23 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Ariel Mantel
Ariel Mantel

Ariel Mantel opened with a preflop raise from middle position, and got a solo caller in Martin Schamaun. After the flop of K8A, Schamaun acted quickly firing 200,000 chips, and Mantel raised.

Schamaun called to the turn of J. The river 8 left no low available, and Schamaun showed AK63 for two pair. Mantel's A23Q was no good, leaving him very short.

After the hand, Mantel had just one big blind (30,000) and was in that seat the next hand. His 8865 didn't connect with the board of 24QKQ and he was knocked out.

Jonathan Delmundo
Jonathan Delmundo

Jonathan Delmundo was down to just 60,000 chips, which he put in on the button. Yehuda Buchalter then three-bet to 210,000 from the small blind, after which Andres Korn four-bet to 690,000 from the big blind.

Buchalter responded with an all-in bet of his own, and Korn quickly called the 800,000 total chips.

Jonathan Delmundo: AJ43 All in
Yehuda Buchalter: A756 All in
Andres Korn: AK92

Korn made the nut low on the 103769 board, while Buchalter's sevens and sixes took the high part of the pot. Delmundo's final chips were chopped up, and he said his goodbyes to the table.

The chips went all in with a pot-sized raise from Shane Daniels, a quick over-the-top raise from Calvin Anderson and an even quicker call by Daniels for all of his chips.

Shane Daniels: AK105All in
Calvin Anderson: AJ63

The flop and turn of J2K6 had given Daniels a pair of kings, a huge heart flush draw and a gutshot straight possibility. Anderson had two pair, jacks and sixes.
