Rounding out the top 10 is the defending champion in this event Michael Christ. He got off to a great start after fading a monster draw from Jon Kyte to send Kyte to the rail. Christ is still live to defend his title tomorrow, as he bagged 1,945,000, good for a top ten stack.

Joshua Biedak opened from the button, Owais Ahmed three-bet to 550,000 from the big blind and Biedak called.
The flop came 6♣3♥K♣ and Ahmed led with a pot-sized bet. Biedak, who had around 1,200,000 behind, shoved and Ahmed snap-called with a covering stack to put him at risk.
Joshua Biedak: A♣10♥6♠4♣2♥
Owais Ahmed: A♠A♦7♥3♣2♣
Both players had the nut-low draw. Ahmed had an overpair for the high while Biedak had a pair of sixes and the nut-flush draw. Ahmed was still ahead on the 9♦ turn but the flush came in for Biedak on the 8♣ river and he took three quarters of the sizable pot.
