2025 World Series of Poker
Action was picked up with a flop of 10♦2♦5♦ and a pot of 100,000. Heads-up, Cooper Feltham check-called Ori Hasson's bet of 22,000.
The same thing happened when Hasson bet 54,000 on the turn A♣.
Getting another check on the river J♥, Hasson took a few seconds to think of his next move. He added another 210,000 in the pot. Feltham considered his action and counted his chips behind realizing that a call would effectively put him all-in.
He finally folded his hand and surrendered the pot the Hasson.
Ankush Mandavia went all in under the gun for 77,000 and Brian Dennis called in the big blind.
Ankush Mandavia: K♠Q♣
Brian Dennis: J♠J♥
A classic flip, the board favored Dennis as it ran out 9♠2♣7♠2♦7♣. Mandavia may be off to the next tournament.
Chris Moorman was all in from early position for 180,000, Chance Kornuth was also all in from late position for 117,000, and Carter Jones made the call from the small blind to potentially bust out two players.
Chance Kornuth: A♥A♦
Chris Moorman: 6♥6♣
Carter Jones: K♦K♠
The board was 8♥7♠5♥8♣Q♣ and aces held, giving Kornuth the best two pair and a much-needed chip boost. Jones took a significant hit to his stack, although he won a small side pot of 63,000, and his railing buddies instructed Moorman, "Go hit the showers."
Robert Smith pushed all in and found a willing combatant in Kristen Foxen
Robert Smith: [qjc]
Kristen Foxen: 9♣9♥
The runout of K♦7♦8♥7♥8♠ didn't save Smith from an early exit.
With hand for hand in progress, a short-stacked Glenn Fishbein was all in and at risk against Michael Berk. Players held the action until it was confirmed that there were no other players at risk or hands in progress.
Glenn Fishbein: 9♣9♦
Michael Berk: Q♦10♠
The flop was daggers to Fishbein as it rolled Q♣4♦10♦, and the 10♥ turn closed the door on any hope. He was out of his seat before the K♦ even fell.
In a pot of about 68,000 and a flop of 7♣3♠3♦, Stefan Clemens, in the big blind, checked the action to Stephen Graner in the cutoff. Graner fired 20,000, but Clemens went beyond and made it 60,000. Graner called.
The turn J♠ was checked by both players, leading them to the final street. Clemens checked once again on the river 6♦. Graner fired 180,000, sending Clemens to the tank.
Clemens went into deep thought, looking at the clock and counting his chips, which totaled about 210,000. Finally, he folded his hand, and the bubble burst soon after.
