Zobian Eliminated by Phillips

Level 21 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

The board read 10J6J, and Aram Zobian was in the big blind with 15,000 in chips and was taking his time to decide whether to put the rest of his chips into the pot, which was about 350,000. His opponent, Michael Phillips, was in late position and called the clock, and Zobian called after the clock counted down 30 seconds.

Aram Zobian: K6 All in
Michael Phillips: 88

Zobian held two pair with sixes and jacks, and Phillips had the better two pair with eights and jacks. The river 5 did not affect the outcome, and Zobian was out, and Phillips collected a nice pot.

Erik Eisen went all in, in early position, for his last five big blinds, pushing forward the 125,000. Kevin Eyster called.

Erik Eisen: J9 All in
Kevin Eyster: A7

The K65 didn't spark much hope in Eisen, although he did pick up a gutter when the Q came but it wasn't meant to be as the 8 completed the board and sent Eisen on his way.
