Matusow Falls to Vitch
Level 18
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Limits: 12,000-42,000
Mike Matusow opened the cutoff to 30,000 before Christopher Vitch potted from the big blind to 96,000, and Matusow called.
On the K♥9♦7♣ flop, Vitch bet 55,000, Matusow jammed for 191,000, and Vitch called.
Mike Matusow: A♦K♣Q♦10♠
Christopher Vitch: A♥A♣7♥3♥
Matusow ran into Vitch's aces but paired his king to find some two-pair outs. Unfortunately for him, the board ran out 2♠4♦ as Vitch made the nut low and his aces held for the high and Matusow hits the exit after another deep run.
