Livingston Hits the Rail in Brutal Fashion

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Matt Livingston
Matt Livingston

Matt Livingston opened to 50,000 from early position, Eric Wasserson potted to 180,000 from the hijack, Livingston jammed for 520,000 and Wasserson called with the slightly covering stack.

Matt Livingston: AAK10 All in
Eric Wasserson: AA74

Both players had aces but Wasserson had low potential. The 862 flop gave Wasserson the low but it was very likely the high would be chopped.

The 7 came on the turn to pair Wasserson and the 4 river gave him two pair to scoop in a brutal runout as Livingston hits the exit.

Brown Keeps His Day 3 Dreams Alive

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Andrew Brown
Andrew Brown

Catching the action on a flop of J66 with 350,000 in the pot. Andrew Brown was already all-in, and the action was on Christopher Vitch in the big blind. Vitch checked and Ben Yu checked behind from middle position.

The 7 appeared on the turn and Vitch potted it for 350,000. Yu only had slightly more chips in his stack, and after deliberating for a few moments, tossed his cards into the muck.

Andrew Brown: AK52 All in
Christopher Vitch: AK96

Vitch had trips and Brown needed to complete his low to chop the pot and stay alive. The 5 landed on the river to give Brown the low, and he won half the pot.

Cha Can't Beat Weiss

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Pomjun Cha got his last 90,000 into the middle with Dennis Weiss trying to bust him.

Pomjun Cha: AKJ5 All in
Dennis Weiss: AJ98

Cha was the shortest stack remaining in the tournament, so he really needed to scoop this pot. However, the board came Q93A6, which gave Weiss the winner with two pair, aces and nines. The pot was sent to Weiss and Cha was out.

Hui Quarters Hollink on Cooler Flop

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Loni Hui opened to 40,000 in middle position and was called by Jonathan Greene in the cutoff and Rob Hollink in the small blind. Allen Kessler was in the big blind as Hollink joked, "You probably have shit," before Kessler folded.

"Good call Rob," Christopher Vitch chimed in.

On the 886 flop, Hollink led for 55,000 from the small blind and only Hui called.

On the 5 turn, Hollink potted for 270,000, Hui raised, and Hollink called all-in for 405,000.

Rob Hollink: A1082 All in
Loni Hui: A862

It was an absolutely brutal flop as Hollink flopped trips against Hui's boat, and both players made the nut low on the turn.

The J river changed nothing as Hui got three quarters as the table stood in shock at the hands.

Sternheimer Scoops Zinno

Level 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Philip Sternheimer
Philip Sternheimer

Catching the action on the river with the board reading 49256. Anthony Zinno checked from the small blind and Philip Sternheimer bet 220,000 from the button.

Zinno went into the tank for some time, but eventually, settled on a call. Sternheimer revealed A992 for the ace-high flush with the nut low. This was enough to scoop the pot as Zinno turned over 7543 for a straight with an inferior low.

Hui Takes Out Urbanovich

Level 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Dzmitry Urbanovich potted to 55,000 from early position before Loni Hui three-bet to 150,000 from middle position. Urbanovich then jammed for his remaining 210,000, and Hui called.

Dzmitry Urbanovich: AK83 All in
Loni Hui: AK52

The J52 flop gave Hui two pair and Urbanovich the nut low draw and wheel gutter. Nothing changed on the Q turn nor the Q river as Hui's five was enough to scoop as Urbanovich missed everything on his way to the exit.
