Yong Choe raised from the button to 85,000 and was three-bet by Patrick Plott in the small blind to 300,000. Choe then went all in for 940,000 and was called by Plott.
Yong Choe: Q♣Q♥
Patrick Plott: K♥Q♦
The board came out A♥5♦3♦5♥6♠ and Choe found another double up in the early stages of Day 3.
Matthew Perez raised from late position to 80,000 only for Zi Long Zhang to three-bet to 250,000 from the button. Perez called.
The flop came 3♦J♣6♦, and Perez check-called Zhang's 165,000 continuation bet. Both players checked the 5♦ turn, and when the 5♣ came on the river, Perez went into the tank for two to three minutes before he announced all in.
This sent Zhang into the tank for some time, and he asked for the count, which was 460,000. He thought some more and made the call, tabling A♣Q♦ for ace-high. Perez turned over Q♣K♣ for king-high, and Zhang was shipped the pot and sent Perez to the rail.

When the dust settled, 464 players advanced to Day 3, where they will battle for a first-place prize of $1,204,457 and a coveted gold bracelet.
