Hui Pots Twice in a Row

Level 30 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Veerachai Vongxaiburana raised to 500,000 on the button and Phil Hui potted to 1,600,000 in the big blind. Vongxaiburana quickly folded.

The next hand, all three players went to a flop of AJK in a limped pot. Action was checked through to the 7 turn, where Marco Johnson bet 600,000 from the button.

Hui then potted again, making it 2,600,000 in the small blind, as Vongxaiburana got out of the way. Johnson also folded and Hui took down his second straight pot.

Vongxaiburana Crosses 10 Million

Phil Hui called on the button before Veerachai Vongxaiburana raised to 800,000 in the small blind. Marco Johnson folded in the big blind and Hui made the call.

Vongxaiburana led out for 400,000 on the 339 flop, with Hui calling to see the K turn. Vongxaiburana counted out a bet of 900,000, and Hui slid his cards into the muck before the bet hit the middle.

Vongxaiburana Bets Out Hui

Marco Johnson and Phil Hui checked to the river in a limped pot with the board showing 236109. Johnson then led out for 450,000 and Hui called. Johnson showed 75542 for a straight to win the pot.

A few hands later, Johnson again limped the small blind and Hui raised to 600,000. Johnson came back with a reraise to 1,200,000 and Hui folded.

Hui and Veerachai Vongxaiburana then went heads-up to a flop of AAQ in a limped pot between the blinds when Hui bet 200,000. Vongxaiburana called and the turn was the 8.

Hui then bet 500,000 and Vongxaiburana called. Hui checked the 9 river, Vongxaiburana bet 1,100,000, and Hui quickly folded.
