Balan, Lin Get Their Chips In
Level 2
: Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
"There's a three-way all in at my table," Allen Kessler said as Michael Balan, Kenneth Lin, and David Smith had built a pot of around 40,000 on a board of A♥10♦4♦8♠.
Lin then moved all in for 40,000 on the button and Balan reshoved in the small blind for 60,000. Smith tanked for a few minutes but eventually let his hand go.
Lin showed J♥10♥8♥3♥2♣, while Balan had A♣K♣10♠6♠2♥. "Wow. Those were not the two hands I was expecting," Kessler said.
"Those weren't the hands I was expecting, either," Smith added.
The river was the Q♣ and Balan took the high pot with aces and tens, while Lin took the low to chop the big pot.
