Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Stephen Deutsch raised to 2,000 under the gun and got five callers, including Sean Baker, who put in his last 1,700 from the big blind.

The flop came 854 and action checked to Joe Ford, who bet 5,000. Griffin Goodman called on the button, as did Deutsch and Brandon Shack-Harris in early position.

The turn was the 2, and Deutsch led out for 30,200. Shack-Harris folded, while Ford moved all in for 82,300. Goodman reshoved, and Deutsch also called for 55,000.

Ford showed AK762, Deutsch had 76532, and Goodman had AJJ103. Baker showed KK994 and the river was the 7 to give Goodman a flush and nut low to scoop the massive side pots, while Baker took the high end of the main pot with his higher flush as Deutsch and Ford headed to the rail.

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

In the 897th episode of the PokerNews Podcast, Chad Holloway and Kyna England are joined by PokerNews Ontario Ambassador Kyle Anderson, who fills in for Mike Holtz. The trio discusses the deadly shooting that took place across the street from the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) in front of the Bellagio Fountains, and then dives into the color-up controversy involving Tyler Brown, who shared his story with PokerNews.

Friedman Pays Off Genova

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Adam Friedman opened to 1,000 in early position, with Joseph Genova calling in the hijack. Nathaniel Wiesner also made the call on the button, and Antonio Seremet came along in the big blind.

The J35 flop brought checks from all four players, and action repeated on the Q turn. Seremet checked one last time on the J river, as did Friedman.

Genova tossed out a bet of 4,500, with Wiesner and Seremet quickly folding. Friedman stuck in the call, and Genova tabled KKJ32 for a full house to take down the pot.
