Johnson Folds to Blom

Marco Johnson limped in the small blind before Viktor Blom raised to 300,000 in the big blind. Johnson slid in the call and the K♦6♠A♠ flop was revealed.

Johnson checked and called a bet of 200,000 from Blom, with the dealer flipping over the A♥ turn.

Another check from Johnson was followed by a bet of 600,000 from Blom. That produced a fold from Johnson, and Blom raked in the pot.

On the first hand back from break, four players went to a 4♦4♣J♠ flop in a limped pot.

Action was checked through to the 7♣ turn where Marco Johnson bet 300,000 from the hijack. Only Veerachai Vongxaiburana called in the small blind.

Vongxaiburana checked again on the 10♠ river, and Johnson took his time before checking back. Vongxaiburana showed A♥10♦10♣6♠2♠ for a rivered full house and Johnson mucked.

Veerachai Vongxaiburana raised to 160,000 in the cutoff and Christopher Demaci called on the button. Vongxaiburana continued for 120,000 on the A♥8♣8♦ flop and Demaci folded.

Vongxaiburana opened to 160,000 again the next hand and Viktor Blom called in the big blind. Action checked to the river on a board of K♦Q♦2♦7♣5♦, where Vongxaiburana bet 220,000. Blom folded.

Shawn Rice and Johnson then limped in and Vongxaiburana checked his option.

Rice bet 225,000 from the hijack on a flop of 9♣8♣4♥ and both opponents called. The Q♣ turn was checked through and the 7♦ fell on the river.

Rice then bet 600,000 and Johnson and Vongxaiburana both folded.

Action folded to Viktor Blom in the small blind, who raised to 240,000. Phil Hui called in the big blind and the 8♥10♠3♣ flop was fanned out.

Blom led out with a bet of 160,000, with Hui calling to see the 7♥ turn. Blom fired again, this time for 640,000. Hui did not take long to slide his cards into the muck, as Blom recovered some lost chips.

In a limped pot, Viktor Blom bet 160,000 from the button on the 9♣8♠6♦ flop and Phil Hui called in the small blind.

The turn was the K♥ and Blom bet another 640,000. Hui folded this time.

Marco Johnson then raised to 280,000 under the gun and Christopher Demaci called in the small blind.

Both players checked the 6♠5♣3♣ flop. Demaci then bet his last 1,000,000 on the J♥ turn and Johnson folded.

The next hand, Blom opened to 160,000 under the gun and Hui called in the hijack, as did Johnson in the big blind.

Blom bet another 160,000 on the 4♣3♣2♥ flop and Hui raised to 450,000. Johnson quickly got out of the way, while Blom also tossed away his cards.

Veerachai Vongxaiburana raised to 160,000 in the cutoff, with Shawn Rice calling in the small blind and Marco Johnson coming along in the big blind.

The 7♠7♦A♠ flop produced checks from all three players. Rice and Johnson checked again on the K♣ turn, where Vongxaiburana fired 350,000.

That was enough to take down the pot, as Rice and Johnson both folded.
