Tim Caziarc moved all in from middle position for 3,700,000, which he had spun up from just one small blind in a couple of orbits. Action then folded to Brandon Sowers, who moved all in for 11,200,000. Next to act, Alexander Savchenko, covering both players, moved all in, too.

That concluded the pre-flop action, and the three players turned their cards over.

Tim Caziarc: A3 All in
Brandon Sowers: 99 All in
Alexander Savchenko: JJ

The whole table stood up in anticipation as this was the final table bubble.

The flop was only just the start of the drama, coming 568, giving Caziarc the flopped flush.

The turn A did not affect the crucial sidepot between Sowers and Savchenko.

Before the river was dealt, Sowers called for the dealer to produce the 9, and that he did, giving Sowers a set.

Three very different sets of emotions were seen around the table.

Disbelief from Caziarc, who has come back from the brink. Savchenko turned and hit his chair in frustration, sending it flying to the floor. Elation for Sowers, who, mid-celebration, was cautioned by the tournament director for excessive celebration, which he immediately stopped.

Op-Ed: Is Martin Kabrhel's Act Good for Poker and the WSOP?

Level 37 : Blinds 500,000/1,000,000, 1,000,000 ante
Martin Kabrhel
Martin Kabrhel

No player has commanded more attention at the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) than Martin Kabrhel, partly for his strong performance, but mostly for his antics.

The clock has been called on the Czech high roller more often this summer than the Paris Hotel parking garage attendant, and he's been yapping away so much at the poker tables that even Daniel Negreanu had enough during a recent final table appearance.

Regardless of my or your take on Kabrhel's behavior, he has people talking about poker. He's bringing attention to the 2025 WSOP, and many seem to be enjoying the Kabrhel video clips shared on social media.

The flop 4K8 left Barbarian wanting, and the turn 2 didn't bring any help either.

The river 9 sealed his fate, and as Couden pulled in the pot, Barbarian headed to the payout desk.

Joseph Hernon

Joey Couden raised to 1,600,000 in middle position and Joseph Hernon three-bet shoved for 5,400,000 on the button to put himself at risk. Couden thought for a brief moment before making the call.

Joseph Hernon: 1010 All in
Joey Couden: 22

The flop came 3J3 with Hernon still far out in the lead. That was until the 2 landed on the turn, with Couden drilling the two-outer to pull ahead. The 7 rolled off on the river and Hernon's tournament run came to an end.

Charlemagne Benjamin Eliminated in 14th Place ($8,927)

Left with just 15,000 chips after a previous altercation, Charlemagne Benjamin was forced all in from the small blind.

Richard Buckingham was the only player to get involved and it was bad news for Benjamin.

In With the Worst, Out With the Best

Level 36 : Blinds 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante
Ofer Saha
Ofer Saha

Sebastian Medina opened under the gun to 1,600,000. Ofer Saha then moved all in from the hijack for 7,500,000. Action then folded to Charlemagne Benjamin in the big blind, who moved all in too. The pot was swelling fast, and it wasn't done. Medina called the all in, causing a stir at the table.

A three-way all-in with only 13 players remaining.

Ofer Saha: KQ All in
Charlemagne Benjamin: AK All in
Sebastian Medina: AK

Saha was in a tough spot, at risk and dominated by both players.

The flop provided some hope for Saha, coming 10J10, and when the turn A hit the felt, Saha celebrated with a fist pump.

The river 9 couldn't save Medina and Benjamin, and Saha scooped in a huge pot.
