The flop came 822 and Alipourfard checked. Holm bet 75,000 and Alipourfard thought for a brief moment before tossing his cards into the muck.

"Just because we're pals from the other day," he continued.

John Phan raised in early position to 50,000, David Swift called in the big blind.

Phan fired out a bet of 30,000 when the flop came 43Q, Swift called. Phan bet again for 50,000 when the J hit the turn but found himself in a spot as Swift decided to raise the bet to 175,000. Phan folded.
