"Oh, I don't know what I'm doing," Stamm replied as he collected the pot.

Hennigan caught four cards to a wheel on sixth and continued betting, which got a quick fold from Rotholz.

Krela became the new low on fourth street and bet. He was called in both spots. The action checked to him on fifth street and he bet. Hennigan was the only caller.

Hennigan led out on sixth street, with Krela sticking around for seventh. The call left him with around two big bets behind.

Hennigan check-called Krela's bet on seventh and saw his opponent turn over 6x5x2x giving him 7-6-5-3-2. Hennigan conceded the pot as Krela avoided being left on fumes.

On sixth street, Madsen continued betting, but this time only Bronshtein called.

Bronshtein let his hand go facing a final bet from Madsen on seventh and Madsen collected the sizable pot without a showdown.

Kessler felt it was unfair that the Brazilian was essentially able to pick his seat in the event.

"It's going to be a great day," said Dzivielevski in the midst of Kessler repeating "It's not right," to the TD.

Get Razzed for Event #50: $10,000 Razz Championship Kicking Off Today

Welcome back to PokerNews, the official media partner of the 2025 World Series of Poker and home of live updates from all bracelet events.

Today sees the start of Event #50: $10,000 Razz Championship here at Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas.

This three-day event gets underway at 2 p.m. local time, with late registration closing after 11 levels (approx 2:15 p.m. on Day 2). There will be 15-minute breaks every two hours of play. There is no reentry in this event.

Levels 1-6 are 40 minutes in duration, Levels 7-15 increase to 60 minutes and from Level 16 onwards, levels escalate to 90 minutes.

The starting stack is 60,000 chips, with the plan for Day 1 to play ten levels. For the surviving players or late registrants, Day 2 resumes at 1 p.m. Tuesday and wraps up after eight more levels play out. Day 3 is when a winner will be crowned.

Last year's event saw George Alexander conquer a field of 118 players to win $282,443 and his first WSOP bracelet.

In the 2023 edition, poker veteran and 2016 WSOP Main Event finalist Jerry Wong reigned supreme to become the king of Razz. He bagged his first WSOP bracelet after topping the 123-player field and defeating Carlos Chadha in heads-up play. Along with the piece of WSOP hardware, Wong grabbed the lion's share of the $1,143,900 prize pool, cashing out for $298,682.
