Borst Sends Collins to the Rails

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

This was just a no brainer for Ben Collins. He pushed all in in the cutoff and Brian Borst on the button decided to call. All the blinds went out of the way.

Ben Collins: 96 All in
Brian Borst KK

The dealer ran out the board KQ1023.

Unfortunately for Collins, the board didn't help to improve his hand; Borst's set of Kings was too strong. Borst mentioned that he would take Collins for a drink.

Keisling Falls To Snead

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Jagdeep Bal raised to 40,000 in early position and Paul Snead called in the hijack. In the big blind Charles Keisling moved all in for 197,000 and both Bal and Snead called after some thought.

Action in the side pot checked down on a board of A9886.

Charles Keisling: Q10 All in
Jagdeep Bal: KQ
Paul Snead: 77

The eights and sevens were good for Snead to take down the pot as he clapped his hands while Keisling was eliminated from the tournament.

Liu Stalls For the Pay Jump; Stammen Triples Up

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Shijia Liu
Shijia Liu

Keven Stammen moved all in from middle position for his remaining 15,000. Stoyan Madanzhiev raised to 55,000 from the hijack and Shijia Liu re-raised to 145,000 on the button. The decision was on Madanzhiev and he asked Liu how much he had left in his stack. The clock was called and after the 30 second count down ended, he jammed, covering Liu’s stack.

Liu went into the tank and said “Sorry guys, I am going to take a bit more time.” And he pointed at the clock. Players were stood from the table as the hand had taken over 4 minutes to play without seeing any cards. Liu continued “I am going to take one more minute then I will decide.”

There were two calls from the dealers at nearby tables saying “Payout” and Liu knew he had made the pay jump so he made the call.

Keven Stammen: 88All in
Shijia Liu: 99All in
Stoyan Madanzhiev: AK

Stammen was looking weak and not much changed on the Q55 flop.

Stammen soared ahead on the 8 turn, and he kept the lead on the A river, although it also improved Madanzhiev.

Stammen walked away with the triple up and Madanzhiev took the huge side pot, leaving Liu to take his pay jump.

Gold Still Glimmering; Chop Chop on the Pay Jump

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Jamie Gold was seen winning a small pot blind vs blind when he check-raised a Q65 board, Gold showed top two pair to Alejandro Herrera after he folded.

A Few Hands Later:

There was a slight mix up when Alejandro Herrera three-bet Sanghoon Choi to 200,000 with about 30,000 behind. Choi declared a call, thinking he was all in and tabled his Ace-Queen but quickly realized what was happening and turned it over. It's unclear if Herrera saw the revealed hand.

The table drew attention to the pay jump and told Choi to take his time when the 452 hit the flop. Herrera took a little time to check the flop and after a few moments, Choi slid forward a bet that covered Herrera's chip behind.

"I won't call the clock," Cho said and one of his tablemates told him he could have tanked longer.

Herrera took a minute before shrugging and putting his chips in as a call.

Alejandro Herrera: AK All in
Sanghoon Choi: AQ

The turn made the whole interaction a moot point when the 3 snapped off and the board completed with the 5.

Rosborough Cracks Coloma's Aces

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Gonzalo Coloma opened the button to 35,000 and Samuel Rosborough moved all in for his remaining 160,000 stack. Coloma called quickly, and the players flipped their hands.

Gonzalo Coloma: AAAll in
Samuel Rosborough: AQ

Coloma was ahead, but things got more uncomfortable on the 3KQ flop.

Rosborough stole the lead when the dealer placed the Q turn and the whole table gasped.

Rosborough covered Coloma without realising and after the 4 river was placed, the chips were counted and Colomas stood from the table.

Rosborough remarked to the table "I was extreamly lucky. It could have happened the opposite you know - thats poker."
